Daily maintenance of HR database, entering new employees, updating employee information, benefits, enrollments, attendance tracking, coordinate with managers to ensure employees are on the correct  schedule, completing daily / weekly reports, organize all records & reports.

Payroll

Ensure timely payroll reporting, able to troubleshoot reporting errors, coordinate with managers regarding payroll, benefits, scheduling, and other policies.  Prepare reports, update records & spreadsheets and timely submissions. Enter travel & expense report

Research & Administrative Tasks

Research linkedin & other specific research to find candidates of suitable profiles, co-ordinating and managing calendar of all new employees, researching & job posting, handle all email alerts,resumes and applications, Maintain several HR spreadsheets related to workers compensation etc.

Specific HR support & duties

New hire onboarding, managing your technical recruitment database, entering cvs or resumes in the desired format, manage the front end and the back end of your custom software, administer testing & initial screening, explaining work policies & benefits, managing calendar  & schedules of new –hire. Log hours of new employees and handle any questions they might have to assist them in day to day working.

personal & secretarial tasks

Manage your travel, making arrangements & reservations,  taking calls & emails, organize weekly calls / meetings, meeting minutes, tracking action items, managing your day to day calendar, work closely with other teams & managers, planning events etc

General tasks

Making resumes, applying for jobs, writing cover letters, send out emails or make phone calls to shortlisted candidates, finding jobs, creating & posting job openings with detailed job descriptions, update the candidates on interview schedules & assist them with any questions, research on job profile, company details & other related information, do competitive analysis after thorough research on offers for the same position based on the skill / geographic area.
