Tasks can be of any type, which do not require
a physical presence & can be executed using
a phone or computer. Please contact us to know

How do I set
it up?
Click the Signup now link & choose the time
plan which suits you. Follow the signup link.
Once you complete this step, you would be called
by our Senior Managers to understand your requirement.
Once we confirm that we can undertake your tasks,
Non Disclosure agreement & an online invoice
will be emailed to you.
After the account is setup, you will receive a
welcome call & email from your dedicated virtual
assistant. You can then start allocating tasks.
What measures do you take to protect my privacy?
We are registered with the Data Protection Act,
registration number Z9742566. We follow all the
requirements as per the Data Protection Act's
Requirement. We have internet firewalls, internet
restriction policies, Physical security of our
offices: Fingerprint based entry and exit, IP
based security cameras, 24 hour security personal
on duty, No writing material or Mobile phones
allowed on the operations floor. Your details
will always be 100% secure.
How long does
it take to start the services?
We can setup your account instantly and Virtual
Assistant will be allocated to your account the
same day or the next business day if the task
is urgent. Under normal circumstances we need
3 business days to start the services.
How do I contact
my Virtual Assistant?
We will allocate a dedicated number for you to
ring your Virtual Assistant. This will be a local
number of your country. For Example a New York
resident would get a 212 number to contact the
virtual assistant, Los Angeles resident will get
a 323 area code number, London resident will get
a 0207 number, Sydney, Australia resident will
get a 02 area code number. It doesn't matter where
you are, we are able to source numbers from virtually
any city or town of the world.
You can also email your Virtual Assistant directly.
Instant messengers like Yahoo, MSN, SKYPE are
available too
Can the Virtual
Assistant make out calls?
Yes, the Virtual Assistant can make UNLIMITED
outcalls to local and national numbers in your
country. We can even make international calls
to few countries as a part of the deal, please
contact us to see if your requested countries
are available as part of the deal. To call premium
rate numbers or any, extra charges apply.
What qualification
does the Virtual Assistant have?
The Virtual Assistants are university graduates.
They speak good English and have clear and neutral accents.

Can I hire
Virtual Assistant with qualifications such as
MBA, Engineering, Medical Degrees?
Yes, certainly we can allocate Virtual Assistants
with any technical qualifications. Higher charges
apply for Virtual Assistants with technical university
degrees. These Virtual Assistants are available
only on full time basis (160 hours a month)
